This Privacy Policy describes how FetusPlus ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you visit our website or request a personalized surrogate compensation report.
The short version: We collect only what we need to send you your report, we never sell or share your information with agencies or third-party marketers, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing info@fetusplus.com.
1. Information we collect
When you fill out our compensation report request form, we collect the following information that you provide:
- First name — so we can address your report personally.
- Email address — so we can send you the report and occasional updates.
- State of residence — so we can tailor compensation data to your state.
- Journey stage — so the report reflects your specific situation (first-time, repeat, exploring, etc.).
- Program type (optional) — agency-managed vs. independent.
- Mobile phone number (optional) — only if you opt in to SMS report delivery.
- Submission timestamp — for our internal records.
We also use standard analytics and advertising tools — Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to understand how people use our site and to measure the effectiveness of any advertising we run. These services may set cookies and collect aggregated, pseudonymous data such as your IP address, device type, browser, and the pages you visit. We do not use them to collect financial information, government IDs, or medical records.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Prepare and deliver your personalized compensation report.
- Send occasional updates from FetusPlus (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- Improve the quality and accuracy of our reports over time, in aggregated and anonymized form.
- Respond to questions or requests you send us directly.
- Measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, in aggregate.
3. SMS communications and consent
If you provide a mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from FetusPlus related to your report and occasional updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@fetusplus.com.
If you do not check the SMS consent box, we will not send you SMS messages, even if you provided a phone number.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with surrogacy agencies, matching services, marketers, or other third-party companies.
The only third parties that ever process your data are the technical service providers we use to operate the form and the site:
- FormSubmit — relays form submissions to our internal email inbox. See FormSubmit's privacy practices.
- Telegram — used internally by our small team to receive instant submission notifications. Telegram processes only the submission contents (your form fields), not your IP address or browser data.
- Amazon Web Services (S3 / CloudFront) — hosts the website itself. AWS does not have access to your form submissions.
- Google Analytics — provides aggregated traffic and usage analytics. See Google's privacy policy.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. See Meta's privacy policy.
We may disclose information if legally required to do so (e.g., in response to a valid subpoena or court order).
5. Data retention
We retain submission data for as long as needed to deliver your report and to send the updates you've subscribed to. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing info@fetusplus.com with the subject "Delete my data" — we'll process the request within 30 days.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., California, EU, UK), you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Opt out of marketing emails or SMS at any time.
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing.

7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect the information you submit, including HTTPS encryption in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to follow current best practices.
8. Children's privacy
This site and its services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our form, please contact us so we can remove it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on our homepage.
